Upgrading Your Plan

From Explorer to Mission

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade to Mission
  3. Enter payment information
  4. Confirm and access immediately

From Mission to Collective

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade to Collective
  3. Set up your team workspace
  4. Invite team members

From Explorer to Collective

You can go directly to the Collective plan if that's what you need.

Downgrading

Mission to Explorer

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Cancel your subscription
  3. Access continues until billing period ends
  4. You revert to Explorer plan

Make sure your usage fits within Explorer plan limits.

Collective to Individual

Moving from a team to individual plan is more complex:

  • Team data and shared agents need decisions
  • Contact support for help with this transition
